# Data Geo-location

ThreatDefence ensures that customer data is handled in accordance with data sovereignty and compliance requirements. Our platform and SOC services are designed with flexibility to meet both global and local data handling obligations.

***

## Current Points of Presence (POPs)

We currently operate two main Points of Presence (POPs) where customer data and SOC services are hosted:

* **Australia (AU & Global)**: Serving customers in Australia as well as customers in other global regions.
* **United States (North America)**: Serving customers in the Americas region.

Customers are connected to the appropriate POP based on their location to ensure low latency, proper data residency, and compliance with regional requirements.

## Sovereign and On-Premises Options

For organizations with strict sovereignty, compliance, or regulatory obligations, ThreatDefence can provide **dedicated, on-premises sovereign solutions**.\
These deployments ensure all data — including platform telemetry, logs, and SOC operations — remains fully within the customer’s jurisdiction.
